The role of the Troika in general is to ensure effective monitoring, coordination and continuity in the planning and implementation of EUPAN´s work according to the 18-month Mid Term Priorities (MTP) agenda. The purpose of the Troika Secretariat meeting is to assist in the preparation of the Working Group meeting. The invited participants are representatives (from the working group level) of the Troika members, i.e., of Denmark, Ireland, Lithuania and the European Commission (DG HR & Security).
